Promoters

The Company has been promoted by a team of entrepreneurs having good experience in the textile industry. The Chief Promoters of the Company are Mr. ASHOK M. BHAWNANI, and Mr. R.K. SHRIYA.

Mr. ASHOK M. BHAWNANI, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University and a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is the chief promoter and has over 25 years experience in business and industry.

Mr. R.K. SHRIYA is a commerce graduate, having over 3 decades experience in textiles.

Management:

The day-to-day operations of the Company are managed by Mr. Ashok M. Bhawnani,  under the overall supervision, direction and control of the Board of Directors which comprises professionals and persons having experience in the fields of industry, finance, commerce, marketing and law.

 A team of qualified and experienced professionals assist the Managing Director as follows:

1. Mr. SANDEEP SHRIYA – Chief Executive, a Commerce graduate, has over 15 years experience in the field of textiles. He looks after the day-to-day affairs of the Company, particularly purchases, sales and production.

2. Mr. R.S. BAJAJ – B.Com., L.L.B.(G), A.C.S. is the Finance Controller and Company Secretary. He is in charge of accounts, finance, and secretarial departments of the Company and brings with him over 30 years of experience in the same field.

3. Mr. VIJAY CHOWDHARY –  M.Com., is the Sales Manager of the Company responsible for sales and marketing of the products of the Company. He brings with him over 12 years experience in the field.
